I have the perfect most comfortable sweater for you all this fall! I love the colors and the quality! Pretty much everything about this sweater is perfect! The colors of this sweater speak kernel corn candy, hahaha! The navy blue looks black in pictures, so just FYI! I’m wearing a size small and it covered my booty;) I wore it with black leggings and booties!
I also had the privilege to wear it while in New York at the 9/11 Memorial! What an amazing experience and I had cold chills the entire time! I love my country and all those who fight and continue to fight. Yes, guys this sweater is a must even when fall leaves us;)

Christmas Cards Are A Real Thing;)
I just got back from New York! Can I just say how much I love that city? I’ve been twice now and it doesn’t get old! I would keep going back in a heartbeat! The city of New York is so unique and lots to see! I love the history behind a lot of places I visited. Anyway, I finally got Christmas cards this year and I didn’t procrastinate! Keep Warm This Winter
Well fall is here and getting pretty cold over here in Utah county! I know the snow will sneak in when I’m least expecting it! This is my first year being closer to the mountains again, and i know I’ll be a nervous wreck driving through this awful snow season :( I do love my new home and town! Snow White Teeth
What do you notice first about people’s looks? I notice smiles! I have always loved big white smiles! I love to bleach my teeth! When I first met my husband he had the biggest most pretty smile! I immediately asked what whiteners he used, lol. I also used to work at dental office for 7 years, so how could I not be attracted to someone’s smile;)
Here I am using this super unique whitening kit from @snowteethwhitening it’s been super nice to only bleach from 7-16 min while it’s plugged in to my phone. I usually just browse and the time goes by so quickly. This system is super easy to use. All you have to do is apply the bleach on the upper and lower part of the tray plug it in, and put it in your mouth. The bright light makes it so your teeth bleach a lot faster. 24th Small Towns Do It Best

I can’t even explain to you how small town celebrations are by far the best. The feeling of feeling welcomed and the small town games are just the best! I’m from kanosh and going home gives me all the feels. Small towns are relaxing. The noise of the crickets, the horses, smell of cows, and bright stars at night beat anything!
I went to my hometown for the 24th of July celebration. The day starts off with a 5k early in the morning. Then parade which Nix was in! She rode my dads horse all by herself with him. It was the cutest thing! She threw out candy and was in heaven. After the parade we all head to the park for lunch, which everyone in the town of kanosh donate for everyone to eat! I specially love all of the games they play that’s for adults and kids. Last they have a country band play!
My all time favorite is my dad getting to do one of the adult races with a handicapped guy who they let win every year! I love that my dad is so thoughtful and this year after 20 years of racing with John Adams’s he got him a medal. John was beyond himself! I love that I was able to capture some amazing pictures and made more memories!
Beaching With My Beach Bag

I was able to go on a family trip to California a couple of weeks ago! You guys, I had the time of my life! If I was to speak for my husband and girls I think they did too! We went to Disneyland, Santa Monica Pier Beach, an Angels vs. Dodgers game, and spend time with family. This trip was planned a day in advance and maybe that’s why it went smoothly! We did stop in Vegas and that’s always a good tome! Took the kids to circus circus where we stayed and they played.

Nutrition Is Part Of My Life

I hope this weekend will be a fun planned one! My family and I have a busy weekend. There is a music talent my husband was asked to be a part of! Were super excited about it! A Day In Your Shoes
How would a day in others shoes be? This little babe is funny, fiesty, and happy as can be! I would like a day in her shoes to know what she thinks! We celebrate American Independence Day on the Fourth of July every year. We think of July 4, 1776, as a day that represents the Declaration of Independence and the birth of the United States of America as an independent nation. I love this special holiday! This flag means the world to me. I’m proud to be a part of the land of the free. My meaning of this day is the independence and liberty we were able to receive, because of these brave men. I thank all for their sacrifice to serve this country we live in. There’s not very many of us that sign up to kick so booty and become a hero;)

Don't Miss Out On The Stars
Reality hits at times and you have a million things that go wrong all at once.. That’s when we’re made the most strong and possibly here to realize the small things. I’ve had to get brand new tires (again) plus more work done that cost me a lot of money! On top of that our other car AC broke, new tires, new brakes, and just hit a deer. Can life get any harder in one week? Yes, it can! I now need a new side mirror, AC, and sprinklers broke! These are the times, I eventually look back and think, I can handle hard things and now I’m that much stronger! Last, these kind of trials make one recognize the small things like the stars at night, the sunrise, and how beautiful nature is. I’ve sat outside my yard just thinking how blessed I am, even after all of these hard things have happened all in one week. Take a look at my outfit details below!

Half Marathon Success & Tips
Hello everyone!
I had the privilege and dedication to run a half marathon, If you know me you know I’m a comfort zone kind of person. I dislike change! I’m afraid of trying new things out of my comfort zone. I went for it and got this half marathon out of the way. I trained hard almost everyday. My goal was to finish this run by jogging the entire race. I did it!! I had friends push me a long the way. The entire thing was just emotional, exciting, and all for a great cause. Recently my cousins baby, Israel was diagnosed with cancer. He has cancer behind one of his eyes. Israel, has had his eye removed and started chemo immediately. What I love most about his journey is that even though he’s sick, he’s still the most happy baby with a glow in his smile. I dedicated my Run to this little angel, As the run started to get hard, I thought of him, all of these people with cancer, and other people I know that fight for their life and beat cancer, or are back with my Heavenly Father.
I have been asked a lot of questions on how to prepare for a half, what to expect, and good pointers. Here is what worked for me and what I wish I would’ve done different to prepare..
First, get you some good running shoes!! I went to “Runners Corner” in Orem. The employees are great help and will guide you in the right direction for the type of shoe that fits your foot and stride the best. Second, you need good socks! I also purchased mine at the running shoe store “Runners Corner” in Orem. Third, buy you some energy jelly beans or any healthy energy snack to throw in your mouth as you’re running. I also bought a light Fanny pack on Amazon. I was able to fit a couple bags of energy jelly beans, toilet paper, my phone, gum, and chapstick. You may ask yourself why toilet paper? Well you never know when you’ll have to go to the bathroom if there’s not one coming up anytime soon;) I do suggest stopping at a restroom, if you feel like you need to slightly go. Get you a drink at every water/Gatorade station. The water helped me a ton! I will link my fanny pack from amazon on here. I liked my blue tooth headphones and downloaded good music and podcasts:) Put on some deep blue cream from doterra before the run and after for a couple of days. This will help you with sore muscles as well as any muscles and joints hurting while running. Guess what? I forgot my dang headphones! I also got sick the night before my dang run. Luckily my good friend had an extra pair of headphones. Don’t forget your sun glasses, if you’re sensitive to the light like me!
Here is what I wish I would’ve done different. Next time I’ll go to bed earlier the night before my run. I got about 4 hours of sleep. I had to be to the start line by 4:15:) Eat something light for dinner the night before (I had sushi). I didn’t take my bag with my tag up the canyon. I wish I would’ve to put my sweater in there and you get to throw it in a truck and you pick it up after the race. Also, anything you take to the start line, you can put it in the bag they give you with your tag. I didn’t know that, so I carried minimal things and wish I would’ve taken some sweats to keep warm. Wear knee sleeves if your knees slightly bother you. Mine didn’t until after the race. I’m good now!

New Hair/OOTD
When I became a mom I always promised myself to stay on top of myself as far as outfit, hair, & makeup! Reality has hit and thats not always the case;) Most of the time I end up pulling up my hair and throwing on my makeup as quick as possible, thats if I even wear any. My outfit consists of gym close (most days) now I try to make gym clothes the cute clothes of the day. I never thought I'd be in gym clothes all day everyday or hair in a top bun or makeup half done. Guess what its fine! I recently chopped my hair off and it felt so good! My girlfriend did such a good job and now I will wait for it to grow back healthy! I lost a ton of hair with this second baby its been so depressing to me as my hair didn't look this bad before. I guess what I'm trying to say is that its fine to wear your cute gym clothes and throw your hair up in a bun and half way do your makeup. We can't always look perfect (I wish)! Tie A Knot Or Not
Hello!! I’m sorry I’ve been MIA! Crazy weeks with moving, settling, and training for my first half marathon! Today I ran 8 miles. I dang near died!!! I went in the middle of the day 95 degrees and I sun burned!!! Cool.. my feet hurt and some other areas! I hope I can finish this race with no problems!
Anyway, here is this perfect tee! I tied it in a knot for some pics and left lose for others. I love tops that can give you a different look by just tying a knot. This top can be worn with Bermuda shorts, jeans, and long enough for leggings! This would be a perfect top for the Fourth of July as well! Maybe thrown on some white Bermuda’s. Also, this top is great as a maternity top!
