Today's blog post is about fitness. Staying healthy and active during pregnancy. Im no pro, but I have learned along my fitness journey what to eat, how to work out, and what works for my body. I have learned that everyones body works different and my work outs or meal plans may not work for someone else. It has always been very important to my husband and I to stay healthy and active. I love that him and I have that in common.
As you all know I'm currently pregnant. It has been a struggle to eat healthy at all times. I thought since I knew what healthy meals to eat my pregnancy would be golden! Its bee a little rough to do certain work outs, having to take it easy, and going lighter on weights has been a struggle for me mentally. I believe if you can stay active and try to eat healthy during pregnancy delivery and post pregnancy will much easier.
My outfit today is the cutest! Who needs a new outfit for a better work out;)? I kid you not a new outfit at the gym makes for a better killer work out, while looking good!
